#96089 - chips database
Dear Craig and all,

While experimenting with the content of the would-be wiki, I tried to port the "chips" database to the wiki, with the intention to have it "self-correcting" and "self-upgrading".

But I found that this is not the way. The table is too big to be manipulated routinely and can be spoiled easily. And it seems to be too big for the wiki engine Steve used, too (it sometimes produces "funny" outputs...)

I found the following, very interesting page (although there is no '51 recorded there - yet):
http://caxapa.ru/mcudb/
To add a new item:
http://caxapa.ru/mcudb/record.html
or, existing items can be edited by clicking on them and subsequently can be saved under a different name (quickly adding similar chips).

Craig, is it possible to make something similar for the chips list here?
And the question for the users: is it worth Craig's effort?
