If i am right,How can solve it? Yes, you are almost certainly right! I have had the same problem connecting PC serial ports to phone equipment in the UK. You need to ensure that the ground line in your serial link is not grounding anything to do with your line interface. Probably the safest way is to use a fully isolated serial interface. You could try using a laptop running on batteries & disconnected from the mains. |
