Hi Erik,
We have a lot of success with LVDTs and an elegant flexure system instead, andservo assisted balances (null sensing) work well too. Admittedly it does depend on just what stability you are after. One system we are looking at at the moment calls for a total error over temperature and full scale of 0.02%. Steve |
