#97925 - Driving LEDs Responding to: ???'s previous message |
There is no preferance for PNP transistors. The designer may prefer them. NPN, PNP, Source Driver, or Sink Driver will all work for LEDs.
Most 8052 variants can not sink (or source) 20ma per pin. What does the data sheet for yous say? |
