#99675 - P-80C51 Programmer ??????How????? |
Can any one help me, I have searched the net in vain looking for a programmer design I can use to program these chips (P-80C51BBJ-12), I have a small batch that I want to use for a project. The only programmers I have found are for the later Flash type chips (AT-1051-2051-4051 etc,)...but nothing for the earlier (Ep)rom or(OTP) type. Some sites mention the use of an eprom programmer but alas I cannot find any details on these either! I do not wish to spend loads of money buying a manufactured device just for half a dozen chips! Please can someone help or at least point me in the right direction.
