These are marked MNS P - 80C51BBJ - 12 and as far as I know they are OTP. Tne company listed for these is Matra MHS. As I have them it would be useful to use them as the the code block is not that large. If not I will just have to use some old eproms (2716)
and pull pin 31 low. Just that it adds another two chips to the circuit. Oh well! building on a shoe string! (Mental note - Large Junk Box - must empty!) Thanx Steve |
