I have scribbled down here, from way back at the start of 2002:
T = Thumb Instruction Set support;
D = Debug;
M = Multiplier;
I = ICE;
J = Jazelle JAVA byte code support;
E = DSP features

I dunno what I meant by the distinction between "ICE" and "Debug"...?!

I guess this needs looking up in the "bible" for the ARM - whatever that may be.

How far off-topic are we now...?! ;-)
