#101447 - I have no idea since I have had others d
Responding to: ???'s previous message
The hardware solution sounds so ugly I would seriously consider a software solution
I have no idea since I have had others do it, but there is an absolute statement "if you make an USB master, you need an USB master chip".

Thus WHAT is the "software solution", not using a "USB master chip" such as the Cypress CY7V67300 when "my board would look .... to the device, like a PC."

of course, there need to be software to support the hardware, that is not my point.

Erik

PS a "software solution" on a '51 that serves as both USB master and USB slave sounds like stretching the capabilities of a '51 to/beyond the limits.
