#101580 - Killer Features Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Killer?.. Thats hard................No.
Love the sliding panels and new look The reverse engineer feature kinda complements the way I work.. I would normally add all the design components to a board outline to see if everything fits onto a chosen board size and the area the board will occupy...so this saves me having to loose this effort before starting on the schematic. Handy....... Pre allocating nets to symbols Moving the system origin TRack necking the track fattening needs work. I was hoping that they might add teardrop pads and blind/buried vias as Pulsonix has.... They seem to be putting a lot of effort into 3D viewing...but I'd rather they improved the board shape designer..er..sorry..add a board shape designer..importing from other packages via dxf for polygon/circle mix profiles is a pain that could be cured. To Ant.. Have you tried Kicad...look a promising venture.. I like Eagle...I've used it briefely and found it to be reliable..maybe you've got a duff keygen :) |
