Yes.
One of the Questions which I think is Asked Frequently especially by beginners, what IRAM and XRAM (XDATA, IDATA) stands for.

Sure; and as Andy pointed out, the glossaries mostly are of very questionable information value, especially as for '51 specific terms.

And, unfortunately, the chip directories also suffer from slow upgrade, many errors, and lack of features that would make it usable. I am still missing something similar (and better) as at the link I pointed to in my recent chipdir post. As I don't have the capability to write the background for it nor I have a site where it can be hosted, I am trying to come up with anything that might work - but after trying I admit, wiki is not a tool for a chipdir.
