I would never use multiple non-synchronized clocks.
I have had to redo circuits because of "biting". The classic example was a chopper stabilized op-amp that was "noisy" till the local oscillator was replaced by T2OUT. Yes, Kai you are right about the clock trace being a bit problematic, but using uCs with PLLs makes it fairly mundane. Erik |
