Please, Andy, don't take it personally. You certainly DO a very fine job with FM. I also see and acknowledge your points; adding one more - for the Atmel part, it is necessary to format the hexfile in a certain way (obeying the 128-byte boundary); Flip will do it right. Now I'm not sure and you will corrct me - isn't it similar with the LPC9xx and FM, except that the magic number is 64?
