I wasn't taking it personally, I just felt compelled to respond because I would hate to see people fall down traps when it could easily be avoided.
Yes, the hex records for the 89LPC9xx devices need to be page aligned. But not all compilers (any?) have an option to produce records aligned to an arbitary page size. I find that programs like Hyperterminal (or better still Tera Term Pro) are most useful when trying to identify if a problem is in the device/hardware or FlashMagic. Andy |
