I totally agree with you! Posts, where the OP is dishonourably begging for code, without demonstrating any own efforts should immediately be deleted.

what I suggested was that those that offer full and complete project code for homework (or similar) should be blocked from posting.

I pity those that end up hiring those who show up with a certificate that read engineering when the correct title would be copying.
