#118154 - SPI UART and Poor Phillips site design
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I think we can all agree that the Phillips site is kind of annoying, but now back to my issue, LOL. I'm quite new to the realm of micro controllers, as you may have already guessed. I managed to glean quite a bit of info from the Phillips site. After reviewing it and digging deeper into this forum and others, I think I'm going to use an external UART and access it via an SPI connection to the main microcontroller. Due to my current illness of noobism, I'm going to need all the help I can get on implementing this. Does this setup even sound correct? If you need more info just let me know. Thanks again.
