I am using P89V51RD2.

Ya I mean to write on FLASH ... but as I had already said I dont have much knowledge of FLASH programming and in many tutorials they say FLASH and EEPROm are the same except one thing that

FLASH erarses a block &
EEPROM erases a byte.

Hop you don mind for my mistake and will guide me accordingly.
