Mr. Arvind Shrivastava since beggining you are asking vague questions. First you say you want to program password in FLASH through program, then you say you want to know how program is loaded in flash and then something about code etc. Now you say that 89v51rd2 is corrupted but don't know how you arrived at this.

Please first let us know how much you know about MCU, assembly programming and what set up you have got ? Is there anybody to guide you at college ?

On this forum you can't learn from scratch . If you have got some hnd on exprience then forum can guide you for betterment
