#126216 - you have not, see above
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Actually I wanted to store the password in my project ... but as I am not been able to understand that how to write data in FLASH or how to write 8051 assmebly code in FLASH memory.

what does "store the password" have to do with "write 8051 assmebly code in FLASH memory"

I think I have made my self clear

you have not, see above.

If you are asking "how do I write the code to store a password" that is all described under IAP in the datasheet.
