#126693 - IIC v I2C
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hi Erik,

I just hate the I2C monniker, it is so much more cumbersome, do you remember when a group of morons tried to rename TTL T2L?

Aside from being more cumbersome, it is wrong. In the general case, I2 = I + I, not II. I2 = II only in the fortuitously unique case that I = 2. This is, of course, predicated on the dismissal of any Roman numeral implications.

By the way, thanks for the link.

Joe
