#127715 - if that is possible
Responding to: ???'s previous message
It might be a serious misunderstanding in the usage of the units
if that is possible, the you do not have a 'user error' but a 'design error'

If it is possible for a user to make a unit create a reportable (permanent) malfunction then the design is faulty.

If the error is a display of 'bad input', then you might get a question, but not a failure report.
