#129737 - I object!!!
Responding to: ???'s previous message
I am still a fully licensed user and the compiler is quite OK for my purposes (I'm resurrecting an old project).
I dont require any of the new facilities in later versions, and it states somewhere in my licence 'Windows 95 or later'.
I'll just have to use an old PC. I dont wish to pay another £1000 or so to update a compiler with facilities I wont use.

'When not renewing the license annually, you are restricted to use the product as is under the conditions it was supposed to work with when you were fully licenced.'

How pompous!

Thank goodness Eriks not in charge of software licensing - we'd all have to buy a new copy of XP when we installed an extra hard drive
(assuming we dont renew our license annually!)
