#130771 - Re: Why Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Because, I want to get freed of the headache of knowing at what baudrate data is being transmitted, and keeping transmit enabled for one character period , depending on the baudrate.
What I am trying to do is this: I want to get data from an RS232 port into my micro and at the same time allow that data to go out on an RS485 bus. Just thought this method might work. But will it work reliably?baudrate is known to be 19200 and distance also is not much. KG |
