#132654 - It's a voice modem
Responding to: ???'s previous message
It's an external voice capable modem with microphone as the input jack. From what i have read from the AT Commands manual, there are few string control related to voice/audio transmission, muting, etc. I am thinking that i could make use of this function which is normally underused under normal circumstances (i.e : Most PC users only use their modem to established a data connection to the internet instead of using them for faxing/voice chatting purposes)
