Gallium arsenide based devices.
I mean 1.5 Mhz is bleeding edge stuff. To be serious for just a moment I think you could probably build a logic gate out of descreet BC547b's and in4148's and build it on stripboard and it would still be able to run at 1.5 MHz. I wouldnt put too much faith in what you read in that cataloge,get a proper electronics reference which will pay for itself by giving acurate information. |
