#133559 - buying or making junk Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I don't want to use 74LS, because I made a design a while back (several months ago) with an AT89C2051, and the 74LS chips were overheating.
The LS is the coolest (temperature, not stupid juvenile slang) TTL gate there is. If tou have felt heat touching a LS either the deign was junk or the chips were. If you make a circuit out of the ancient uC you keep referring to and LS gates, uou can lick the LS gates without burning your tongue and fry an egg on the uC. Erik |
