80xxx means ROMless or factory programmed without any chance to alter the code.

Maybe you should use a flash derivate (e.g. AT89C51ED2), then all four ports can be used.

But watch, that P0 need external pullups to see high level (driving LEDs against VCC need no pullup, only current limiting resistors to the LEDs).
