I have always trusted "END" to mean "End Of Source" to my Assembler and sofar it has never disappointed me. But if you trust "END" to return to an operating system (as in Basic, if I remember well) where there is none, then you will get disappointed. Until you check the manual of your assembler and find out what it means... But even then you must make sure you try not to "exit" to a non existent operating system. This is low-level programming, and you don't rely on anything but your own program to keep the CPU busy with meaningful programming-code. Regards Patrick |
