I can't remember John's Pizza but the best Pizza I have ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot of pizzas in different places) was in Ridgecrest at a place in the South of town called "Trader May's". It was on the side of the road going out of town on the way to Los Angeles just before the junction to Hwy 395.
Nowdays you have to order triple pepperoni just to find any and what's there is sliced so thin you can see through it. I also remember when pizza used to have real cheese. I'm not just getting old I AM old! :-) |
