both Kai and yours truly have clearly stated that to get 14 bits you need 4 layers. You are totally ignoring that fact and babbling about two boards, isolation, bubble gum or ehatever.

IT WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE PRECISION YOU WANT!

Relax your precision requirement or go for a (minimum) 4 layer board.
