I've not yet seen an 805x with internal memory addressable as XDATA memory. Are there any variants so organized?
for 8k see NXP p89c668, SILabs f12x/f13x. The 'internal external XDATA' works just the same as internal ROM, once you go beyond you are external. Erik |
