#140083 - p89lpc925 with 256 data + 512 xdata? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
According to the datasheet the p89lpc925 has only 256 bytes of data and no xdata. But the ones I tested so far have both 256 bytes of data AND 512 bytes of xdata. The total memory in the p89lpc925s I've tested so far is therefore 768 bytes.
