#140119 - page 13 of the user manual
Responding to: ???'s previous message
page 13 of the user manual http://www.standardics.nxp.com/support/d...lpc925.pdf cleraly show that the memory is the traditional arrangement of 256 and no more bytes. Much can be argued about the decisions Philips (when it was done it was Philips, not NXP) made as to what goes in the datasheet and what goes into the User Manual, but the result is that whatever you do, you need both.
