Responding to: ???'s previous message
Right now am engaged in a project as soon as i am free i will sure start with I2C.

right now I need a hammer, but I do not have the time to go get one.

An IIC interface is THE solution.

If you use one of the chips that have HW IIC such as NXP LPC, SILabs derivatives (f0x, f1x,f2x) but not the SILabs deviates (f3x -up) - other derivatives may have it, you need not study much, the free CodeArchitect from http://www.esacademy.com will basically do the code for you.

Yes Richard, I talk about modern chips, I know it hurts you, sorry.
