I Googled for touch screen interfacing ending up to find the driver
AD7843 .I referred the datasheet but not much was given about which
digital number was generated when any specific point is touched on touch screen.

Scheme works like this

Touch screen------->ADC converter---->8051
(4-wire resistive) (AD7843) (lookup table)
