I don't use that format, as I use the default. When I "preview" my entries, it looks as I think it should. This implies that the number of /quote's matches the number of quote's. If I change that, it will change the way it displays in the default (threded) mode, won't it?

Unfortunately, I don't see the formatting error that you preceive, as I don't know how it is supposed to look.

If it looks correct in one display mode, and not in the other, I suspect it's a software bug rather than an error I'm introducing.

Can you shed any light?
