#143975 - 00H overwrites first RTC Address byte |
Hi All,
I have designed & built this circuit with RTC M48T08 from ST (8KByte Non-Volatile RAM with full time Keeping). Every time that the circuit powers up , the value 00H overwrites on first byte means location 0000H of RTC automatically and previous data in this location clears . I changed chip selecting of RTC with active low (CE1) instead of CE2 . and connecting CE2 to Vcc .But problem insists . Every time ,I haven't special codes on 89C52 . Only transmitting RTC contents via com port . Could anyone find the bug! Regards. ![]() |
