If you want to experiment, we can ask you a bunch of questions, give directions as "connect oscilloscope probe here and there and watch" etc.
But, if you want this running properly, first, get a proper reset IC. This might not be scientific approach, but usually works. Make also sure that the reset IC and the memory "sees" exactly the same voltage. JW |
