I checked the EA. It is at 5V.
RESET is working fine. When I connected PSEN to ground through 2K2 it toggles and hence I can see toggling on ALE as well. Here I do not understand when EA is connected to VCC directly external access is disables and still I can see toggling on PSEN and ALE. I think these two signals should not toggle. Am I correct? |
