Thanks for your replies.
Actually I tried grounding PSEN directly as well. Still it does not work. Another thing I am not sure about is that when EA is connected to VCC why PSEN shoud toggle at all. To the best of my knowledge PSEN remains high if kept floating when EA is connected to VCC. Correct me if I am wrong. |
