#149815 - Come on guys...
Responding to: ???'s previous message
The answer is neither true nor false. But the question is stupid. Would the OP have read the hardware description then he would not have rised such a question. Why should I know whether the SFRs are part of SRAM?? The SFRs are just special function registers, no more and no less. The register cells can be treated like RAM cells, as long as you can write and and read them like RAM cells. Nevertheless the SFRs aren't behaving like true RAM cells, because other parts of the hardware can alter their content.

So, what is the sense of this question? I hate these kind of questions. The OP shall come back and tell exactly what he really wants to know. Is he interested to know what the minimum Vcc is to keep the data of SFRs retained and he only knows the minimum Vcc for the RAM? Or what else?

This is a typical thread where we all are entirely superfluously guessing, only because the OP was saving words in his original post and never came back again to clear the things.

A total waste of time!
