Before a guy gets paid for his work, he should be required to provide fully documented code listings both on paper and on CD to prove his work is complete.

I do agree that a "full disclosure" should be provided, but on paper? you've go to be kidding.

BTW what good would paper do? the number of errors if someone tried to reenter it would be humongeous.
