Hi,
One way to do this is to let the other output cause an interrupt. The other output is then sampled being low/high. It will indicate the direction. Make the interrupt either rising or falling edge triggered. It does not matter which one and it does not matter either which of the outputs You choose to be sample or triggering the IRQ. This minimizes the number of additional chips to zero. |
