#151730 - Project details Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Many thanks guys for sharing your experience and thought. Here are the details of my project.
I started working as freelancer taking projects for local factories to rebuild controllers for their machines and production lines. I'm rebuilding a tensile strength measurement machine for hose pipe plastic samples for a local factory here. It is old machine that broke down. So I'm rebuilding modern controller for it reusing its DC motor, quadrature encoder and the existing mechanical hardware. I removed all of the old control and designing a servo motor controller with new load cell to measure yeild point of plastic sample. It is very interesting project for I can earn some extra money to spend and get red of some the component junk I have at home. Also time passes so quickly when I'm busy. Many thanks again and I'm having a break now to practice with my table tennis robot. Mahmood |
