#151678 - Datametrics
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Manufacturer of encoder is datametrics.
Model S-9655A
Serial: 60310065
Made in USA
Wire function
------ ----------
Red +5 VDC
BLK COM
Red/Blk MBAR OUT (bar means dash on top)
Wht A Out
Grn B Out
Wht/Blk M Out
Blue ABAR Out
ORN BBAR Out
DRN SHLD

I'm going to use someone else's code. He used a different encoder with this diagram:

So my question was how to convert the differential A, ABAR, B, BBAR to just A, B.
My thought was either to use an optocoupler or op amp as differential amplifier. But you guys have the experience.
