Rather than a one-shot solution maybe an actual reliable digital logic flip-flop is a better solution here. The -INT from from RTC can set the FF and then after the MCU comes awake the -WOKE output can be pulsed low by the firmware to clear the FF.



Note: Depending upon the nature of your particular MCU the -WOKE pin may do well to have a pullup as well.
