Sorry for the second post i should wait prior to depressing "POST".
The capacitance issue should be rendered "moot" by the "write" to the empty RAM socket. If you wrote 55H to the all the empty locations and then write AAH to just one and read all the other loc's (expecting 55H) and they said AAH you would say "THIS CHIP IS BAD" and perhaps "but is the lowest power RAM i've ever used". apologies, p |
