#157505 - Way too easy to fool myself Responding to: ???'s previous message |
>> Way too easy to fool myself (the voice of experience!)
Experience strikes again! (A real DUHH!!! moment.) Gotta look at the right pins, Rich! Actually, all was not a waste of time: First, the RESET line was set up incorrectly; then I found out my ancient emulator still operates. Finally, I am going to have to cogitate on why I thought the I/O pins were on the side opposite from where they truly are. (Looking at old Intel books late at night in dim light?) Thank you, one and all, for your assistance. --Rich (Who now has a preemptive scheduler working.) |
