#158105 - FRAM chip warning also Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Got a warning from Ramtron that some of their FRAM chips are bogus and filled with EEPROM's instead.
Logo on chip has small "a" such as RaMTRON instead of RAMTRON. Remember the time I ordered 500 triacs from TECCOR and everyone was a dead short. Semt a couple to TECCOR and some company in Sweeden had glued a dead die inside and stamped them with the TECCOR part number and logo. Probably not relatd to your post at all. |
