Andy,you are rigth. The same as 8214 simple interrupt circuit.

Andreas,what do you think about making your own interrupt controller using AT89S2051 or similar? You can drive up to 5 external interrupt sources using it. I can send you Philips' application note which describes how to do it. You can also make some "extensions" to your system. Or maybe you can use ST Microelctronics' uC? It can use each input as interrupt request in i.e. ST62xx.
Think about, why not? It is cheap and easy to do.
