Oleg, for what voltage you can see the reset pulse? Maybe it is too low.. If you conecting DC power, rising of the voltage is very fast. But if you are connecting AC power, rising of the voltage is very slow. So maybe your resetter works within range 3..4 V but uC starts properly at 4.8V?
